Saga Springfield Shuffles 101.9 The Wolf and WDBR Lineups

Saga Communications is shuffling the lineup at Country WLFZ (101.9 The Wolf) and Top 40 WDBR/Springfield, IL.

Beginning September 12, ‘DJ Blake’ Stadel will join Dina Michaels as the new morning host on WLFZ. Stadel has been the morning host at WDBR since 2015.

Mike “Mikee” Connolly, Brand Manager and former afternoon host, has replaced Stadel as the morning host at WDBR. Connolly has been with Saga Springfield since 2000, rising from a promotions assistant position.

Sarah Smerz, who recently returned to Saga Springfield as Digital Director from mornings at Mid-West Family Broadcasting’s AC WNNS/Springfield, IL, will take on afternoon duties at WDBR.
