Todd Hollst is on the move at 95.3/101.1 The Eagle in Dayton. He’s taking over morning drive on the Cox Media Group classic rock station.
Hollst began hosting the Eagle Morning Zoo on Monday, moving from the 3-6 PM timeslot where he previously hosted on the station.
Previously, mornings were hosted by Nick Roberts, who will now move to afternoons, swapping places with Hollst. His shift will extend from Hollst’s previous hours and will now be heard from 2-7 PM.
In a post on social media, Hollst — who hosts afternoons at news/talk sister station WHIO Radio — shared the news and that he’ll continue to helm the news/talk show, as well.
“Beginning Monday, October 20, I will become the new host of the Eagle Morning Zoo, on 95.3 The Eagle,” Hollst wrote. “Yes, I’ll still be doing the Evening Edge weekdays on WHIO Radio. You’ll just get me twice a day — in the morning (6a-9a) with tons of great tunes, and in the afternoon (5p-7p) with tons of local nonsense. Thank you for listening.”
