WIBC has been the radio news voice of Indianapolis for almost 90 years, through elections, tornadoes, the 500, and everything in between. Network Indiana carries that same credibility to affiliates statewide. We're looking for the right leader to run our newsroom.
This isn’t a caretaker role. We want a leader with the instincts of a reporter and the discipline of a manager. Someone who can anchor, write, and chase a story and still make the person next to them better at their job, whether they're behind a mic, a camera, or a keyboard. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our team, leading a staff by example, not memo.
In 2026, news doesn’t live only at the top and bottom of the hour. It lives everywhere, all the time… on air, online, and on social and you'll be the one coaching a team to win on all three at once.
