It's not always about what might get you the points in that moment. It's sometimes about the bigger picture that can win you the game, not necessarily what puts you in the lead in the second quarter.
“We got paired together for mornings by accident, basically,” says Wilcox. “Woody was already doing mornings with a couple of other people. I was filling in for the traffic woman because she was on vacation for the week, and I didn’t have a fulltime job at that point."
Now is a great time for radio stations to take an honest, hard look at what is working and what is being held on to because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”
