“We’ve been clear to anyone who is interested that we are very willing to be flexible here and be creative in terms of this expansion,” ESPN Chairman Jimmy Pitaro said in an interview.

Sources are telling CBS Sports that if NBC is to engage in a number like that, it is looking for "shoulder programming" from a Power Five conference in order to boost the network's college football coverage.
