Nationally syndicated radio host Dana Loesch said she’s being bombarded with endorsement offers from companies that want her to pitch their products on her social media platforms. According to her website, Loesch is the number one nationally- syndicated female talk radio host in the country.
With nearly a half million followers on Instagram and 1.2 million on Twitter, she said Thursday that she would have an even larger following if Big Tech wasn’t shadow banning her.
“Do you know how many times people come to me and offer to pay me to put their products on Instagram or Twitter?” Oh my gosh, I get so many companies that come to me.”
Loesch said her most recent offer came the other day, but she declined to promote the product because “it was annoying.”
“I hate the influencing stuff, and you can tell because it’s so obvious that everybody does the same stuff,” she said. “Everybody’s house looks the same; everybody is hawking the same crap.”
Loesch cited a recent poll that indicates that 1 in 4 Gen-Z’s wants to be a social media influencer.
“Now, to realize that so many people want to be a social media influencer,” she said. “At least when someone said they want to be a professional video game player, at least that’s a market.”
She referred to social media influencers as mere, “glorified telemarketers.”
