Fox News anchor Shannon Bream credited her co-workers and those who worked diligently behind the scenes Tuesday as she bid farewell to her late-night audience.
Earlier this month, FNC announced that Bream would be taking over as the new host of “Fox News Sunday” a position once occupied by Chris Wallace.
“We have so many amazing people and we’ve been on this ride together since we launched this show five years ago,” said Bream.
“Shannon is an outstanding journalist, reporter and anchor who has cultivated a strong and enduring relationship with the Fox News Media audience,” Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott said in a statement earlier this month.
Bream reflected on some of the important stories that her team helped to cover on “Fox News @ Night.”
“We’ve covered COVID, wars, and these incredible things that have happened in history. And these folks are not only the best co-workers, but they’re also truly my friends, my family, I love them.”
Bream added that the show wouldn’t have been possible had it not been for the viewers.
“I’m just moving a few hours away, but I am not leaving the family.”
Bream joined Fox News in 2007 as a network Chief Legal Analyst.
I think Shannon Bream will be a breath of fresh air after Chris Wallace, who should probably be working for CNN.
