Paul Sperry: Twitter Could Never Give Me A Reason For Suspension

In the latest edition of the “Twitter Files“, it purported that Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) asked for the social media platform to remove the account of The New York Post and The Epoch Times columnist Paul Sperry.

Matt Taibbi revealed that Schiff demanded Twitter suspend several commentators for their “misinformation” and asked at minimum to “reduce their visibility”. Sperry wrote a story citing two sources that claimed to overhear White House employees discussing how they could remove then-President Donald Trump from office. One of the employees allegedly in the discussion was Sean Misko, who eventually joined Schiff’s Congressional staff.

Sperry joined The Howie Carr Show to discuss the revelation, and Carr asked if Sperry was removed from Twitter on “trumped up charges”, The New York Post columnist agreed saying Schiff wanted all of Sperry’s interactions removed. When told that wasn’t logistically possible by a Twitter employee, Schiff reportedly asked that the account be removed.

“When it came to his demand that I be banned, they promised him they would ‘review my account’ for suspension, and I think this would prove why Twitter could never give me a reason for my suspension,” Sperry said.

Carr then asked if Sperry had been reinstated, he confirmed he had.

“Elon Musk the other night — after this broke — he broke me out of Twitter jail after two years.”
