Sports Illustrated national college football writer Ross Dellenger has announced his exit from the legacy publication.
Dellenger joined Sports Illustrated in 2018 after spending five years covering LSU for The (Baton Rouge) Advocate.

“I’ll greatly miss working alongside Pat Forde and Richard Johnson, and I owe an incredible amount to Ryan Hunt and Andy Staples, who brought me aboard in 2018,” Dellenger wrote in a tweet announcing the move.
Dellenger’s exit comes on the heels of the announcement that The Athletic’s national college football writer, Andy Staples, was departing to join digital outlet On3.
