Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre is set to return to making regular media appearances, but don’t expect any discussion about the Mississippi welfare case.
Favre will be a featured guest on upcoming episodes of Jason Whitlock’s Fearless on The Blaze. He will also be joined by another Hall of Famer in Warren Sapp.
But as part of the ongoing litigation, Favre is under a gag order preventing him from talking about the case.
Favre is one of 40 defendants named in a civil lawsuit filed by the Mississippi Department of Human Services, seeking to recover millions of dollars in welfare funds that were spent improperly.
Since accusations of Favre’s involvement first became public, Favre’s regular appearances on SiriusXM and ESPN Milwaukee were put on hold.
