As the XFL and USFL appear to be headed towards a merger, details have emerged about how a joint spring league would be carried on television.
The XFL currently has a deal with Disney to air its games on ESPN and ABC. The USFL is owned by FOX Corp. and had an agreement in place to have games carried on FOX, FS1, NBC and USA Network.
The belief is that once the merger is complete, games will be split between FOX and Disney. This according to Axios, which broke the merger story first.

There’s hope that the merger will be completed in time for the joint league to kick off the 2024 season. The XFL’s new season is supposed to begin in February, with the USFL starting in April.
