Last week, FS1 hosted Undisputed with Skip Bayless live in Boulder, Colorado before the University of Colorado’s matchup with USC. Bayless said the interview and program with Deion Sanders will hold a special place in his heart.
During The Skip Bayless Show podcast, the longtime pundit said the moments shared by Michael Irvin and Sanders were special.
“Real tears were cried by Michael Irvin and Deion Sanders as they shared their deepest feelings for each other,” said Bayless. “Those two have been through it together.”
“That was the most special show I’ve ever been a part of on my lengthy career on national television,” Bayless continued. “It was an honor just to sit in the middle of what transpired on that show last Friday.”
Bayless explained that the show was possible because the infrastructure was in place due to Big Noon Kickoff would be in attendance.
“I was hyped, I was ready, I am, as you already know from watching Undisputed, I’m way into the Deion effect as he turned Boulder into not just the college football, but the sports universe,” concluded Bayless.
