1410 WING AM in Dayton Adding Wright State Men’s Basketball

Wright State University men’s basketball has its radio home for the 2023-24 season on 101.5 Hank FM and 1410 WING AM.

The university’s athletics department on Tuesday announced that it had reached an agreement with Alpha Media Dayton to air Raiders games on the two stations.

“We are excited about our new partnership with 101.5 HANK FM and 1410 WING ESPN Radio to provide Wright State Men’s Basketball games throughout the 2023-24 season,” Wright State senior associate athletic director for external operations Padraic McMeel said. “This partnership enhances the radio experience for our fans to enjoy the games on two stations as well as providing multiple advertising opportunities.”

Hank FM will be the main play-by-play home for games and will air the weekly Basketball Coaches Show on Mondays from 6-7 p.m. The station can be found on the iHeart, TuneIn Radio and Audacy apps.

The school said a majority of Raiders games will air on 1410 WING.

Chris Collins is in his 27th year as the voice of Wright State men’s basketball. His broadcast partner Jim Brown is a 28-year veteran of the Raiders basketball program.

Wright State begins its new season on Friday night against Colorado State.
