While no official announcements have been made, it appears YouTube TV will be enhancing its “multiview” feature. 9to5google.com has reported users have seen a “build a multiview” option recently which allows you to build your own multiview versus having to choose one of YouTube TV’s premade options.
The report also notes CordCuttersNews received clarification from Google the “build a multiview” feature would not allow you to pick from any channels, just sports games which were already eligible for multiview.
Multiview was introduced by YouTube TV during March Madness, allowing users to stream up to four games at once, however the options were preset. The feature was expanded to include NFL Sunday Ticket, NBA League Pass as well as some non-sports content.
