NewsNation Advertising Executive Kevin Mangini Departs

Former NewsNation Vice President of Integrated Marketing Kevin Mangini has announced he has exited the upstart cable news network.

Mangini spent nine years with the outlet — beginning when it was still WGN America before it rebranded to NewsNation in 2021.

In a post to social media, Mangini said it was “a privilege to work alongside such wonderful people and I’m grateful for the opportunities and experiences I’ve gained.”

He added he is looking into a role as a consultant.

“With a diverse background spanning multiple industries, including record labels, ad agencies, TV networks, and film companies, I’ve honed my skills in crafting impactful marketing strategies and brand partnerships that drive revenue growth,” Mangini wrote. “I love fostering creative connections and my journey has been enriched with valuable insights and achievements.

“Moving forward, I’m thrilled to be available for marketing consulting opportunities. Let’s collaborate and elevate your brand to achieve your marketing goals together. Reach out and let’s get started!”

Before joining Nexstar Media Group, Kevin Mangini worked for Story Worldwide, Warner Bros. Records, and Viacom, among others.
