101.7 The Truth Adds New Midday Show as Melanie Ricks Moves to Digital-Only Program

101.7 The Truth has announced a new midday show as its current host, Melanie Ricks, moves to a digital program later this summer.

The new program — Jammin with Juice — will be co-hosted by Ben Hooks and Carrie Mahone. It will debut on Monday, May 20th. Meanwhile, Nothin’ But The Truth, hosted by Ricks, will re-launch as a digital-only program later this year.

“We are excited for Mel and the new opportunities a digital show presents itself, particularly as fans explore new ways to consume our content,” said 101.7 The Truth Director of Content Kyle Wallace. “Carrie and Ben are part of the up-and-coming generation of young broadcasters, and since both teammates joined the Truth team at its inception, their passion and grasp on the Milwaukee community will translate through the airwaves.”

Jammin with Juice will be a place where fans can hear young voices speak on matters
that affect us all every day,” Ben Hooks added.
