Tammie Holland, morning co-host at Roberts Media Broadcasting’s Adult R&B KXBS-HD3, has passed away at the age of 53.

Tammie Holland, morning co-host at Roberts Media Broadcasting’s Adult R&B KXBS-HD3 (Foxy 106.9)/St. Louis has passed away at the age of 53. Holland had been battling colon cancer.

The station shared on its Facebook page, “It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tammie Holland, the beloved co-host of the Real Breakfast Crew on Foxy 106.9. Tammie was a kind, charming, and infectious presence who brought joy to countless listeners. Her signature laugh will be remembered forever. As a media veteran, she touched many lives through her work in radio, TV, acting, and podcasting. Our deepest condolences go out to Tammie’s loved ones. May she rest in peace and continue to inspire us all.”

Holland joined the station when it launched last December. She had a long career in St. Louis radio and television, including a decade-long run with Tony Scott at KMJM (Magic 104.9)
