Ramona Holloway, the Community Affairs Manager at Urban One’s Charlotte cluster, has been affected by budget cuts. She will also no longer be heard on Hot AC WLNK (MIX 107.9) ‘s morning show, “The Morning Mix With Matt Harris & Liz Luda,” where she made guest appearances.
Speaking with the Charlotte Observer, Holloway said she was let go on Tuesday morning. She added that the position was originally created for her, and “it was just, they felt, time to uncreate it, to save money.”
She told the Observer that she is “absolutely” open to new on-air opportunities.
