Kevin “KC” Cummings, afternoon host at Beasley Media’s Country WQYK (995qyk)/Tampa, adds two stations to his workday.
Beginning today (8/19), Cummings will add afternoons at Top 40 WNKS (Kiss 95.1)/Charlotte and Hot AC KVGS (102.7 VGS)/Las Vegas.
Cummings posted on his Instagram, “It’s crazy to think that a year ago I was out of radio and thought my career was over. Now I’m in multiple markets. Life is crazy!! On top of being on @995qyk I’ll be on @kiss951wnks & @1027vgs from 3p-7p Monday-Friday. Trust the process because He has a plan!”
In March, Cummings joined WQYK, marking the end of his 23-year run at the company’s Rhythmic Top 40 WLDD (Wild 94.1). During his time there, he advanced from promotions to hosting weekend, evening, and afternoon shifts under the on-air moniker “Stiffy.”
