Beth Mann, Ham Broadcasting’s President/GM, stated that the purchase made sense geographically and aligned with the company’s core values.

In 1991, DJ and Beth Everett founded Ham Broadcasting Company by purchasing radio stations WKDZ and Country WKDZ-FM/Cadiz, KY.

Since initially acquiring WKDZ and WKDZ-FM, Ham Broadcasting has expanded through the purchases of Oldies WHVO/Hopkinsville, KY, WPKY/Princeton, KY, and WEKT/Elkton, KY, and the launches of the “Your Sports Edge” and “Your Ag Edge” Networks.
