SiriusXM‘s “The Highway” morning co-host Macie Banks has moved to middays. She replaces Ashley Till, who is shifting to afternoons on “Y2Kountry.” On “Y2Kountry”, Danielle Peck is moving from afternoons to evenings, which had previously been a music-intensive timeslot.
Meanwhile, Cody Alan will remain the solo host of “The Highway’s” morning show. However, he will be joined on September 30th by former Apple Music Radio Senior Content Producer Lauryn Snapp, who will serve as the show’s new producer. This reunites Alan and Snapp, who previously worked together on CMT “After MidNite With Cody Alan” and CMT Radio “Live With Cody Alan” from 2018 to 2022.
After working at Cumulus/Atlanta and WNGC/Athens, GA, Banks joined “The Highway,” where she co-hosted mornings. Later that year, from April through September, she also took on the midday shift until Alan’s arrival, returning her focus to mornings while Till assumed the midday slot. In addition to her work with Apple Music Radio, Snapp continues to host Townsquare’s syndicated Hot AC program, “PopCrush Nights.”
