600 KOGO Adds Veronica Carter to Mornings Alongside Ted Garcia

“I’m honored to join such a respected team and excited to connect with our listeners each morning."

600 KOGO has announced the addition of Veronica Carter to San Diego’s Morning News with Ted Garcia.

She steps into the role vacated by the departure of longtime host LaDona Harvey, who stepped away to care for her ailing father who lives in the greater Phoenix area. Harvey spent 28 years at the iHeartMedia San Diego station.

Carter joins the morning show after previously serving as the West Coast Regional News Director for iHeartMedia. She also spent time as co-anchor of Portland’s Morning News on 101 KXL, and at WBBM in Chicago and KFBK in Sacramento, among other stops.
