“Steve & Gina in the Morning” of iHeartMedia’s KXKT (Kat 103.7)/Omaha have kicked off their 20th annual “Book Tour.” The team travels to schools within 35 minutes of Omaha, reads to a class, and gives each student a new book.
Kat 103.7 PD Hoss Michaels told Barrett Media, “Steve and Gina have made this a real BIG part of their show as they emphasize the importance of literacy. They LOVE heading out to classrooms all over the listening area to read with these kids. I’m not sure who has more fun…the kids getting a special guest…or Steve and Gina reading to a group of eager students.”

They also record the class reciting the Pledge Of Allegiance for use on their “Friday Celebration” feature.
