ESPN College GameDay On Pace for Best Season Ever

Week 7 of ESPN College GameDay from the University of Oregon prior to their win over Ohio State was viewed by an average audience of 2.3 million viewers. Overall, the show is averaging 2.2 million viewers to date, a 9% increase over last season and putting it on pace for its best season ever.

The Week 7 show peaked at 3.5 million viewers and the final hour of the show averaged 3.1 million viewers. The game was up 8% over 2023 from the same week.

The episode posted the best October numbers since 2009. This was the 12th time Oregon has hosted GameDay. The team is now 9-3 in those games with the win over the Buckeyes.

College GameDay is hosted by Rece Davis, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban, Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit. Corso has missed the past two episodes due to illness.

This weekend, College GameDay will broadcast from Austin, Texas, which is the site of the game between new SEC conference foes Georgia and Texas.
