Vice President Kamala Harris appeared at a CNN town hall earlier this week, and the event hosted by Anderson Cooper drew an audience of more than 3 million.

According to early returns from Nielsen, 3.2 million watched as Cooper asked Harris a variety of questions, while audience members also asked the Democratic nominee about her stances on important issues.

The event — which was held in the swing state of Pennsylvania — drew attention after Cooper asked Harris if she believed her opponent, Donald Trump, is a fascist. She replied that she did indeed believe that moniker was appropriate. The CNN anchor also pressed her on her past record, her stance on border security, and plethora of other topics.

The CNN event with Kamala Harris was also presented to former President Trump. The network offered him the opportunity to hold a town hall in the same state on the same day. However, he never accepted the offer.
