Gateway Creative Broadcasting is expanding its reach through the “Boost” brand. It now operates on EMF-owned translators in key markets, including Chicago, Minneapolis, Pittsburgh, Portland, OR, and Fayetteville, NC.

The organization is also planning future expansions in Austin, TX, and Lansing, MI.

EMF’s Contemporary Worship “Air 1” network transitioned to the full-power 94.9 WWAI (formerly WKVF) last month. This change resolves the overlap of the Christian AC “K-Love” programming, previously broadcast on 94.9 and 94.1 WMLE.

Following EMF’s acquisition of 94.1 from Audacy in 2023, the WMLE station has now adopted the WKVF callsign.
