Thanksgiving is a special day in American culture, and for the first time in history, CNN is producing a special program dedicated to some of the biggest parades in the nation.
Thanksgiving in America will air from 8 AM to Noon ET on Thanksgiving, with CNN anchor John Berman leading the coverage alongside Erica Hill.
The program will feature live look-ins at some of the largest parades in the country, including in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Detroit, and Houston, among others.
Additionally, the special will feature appearances from celebrities sharing their favorite holiday traditions. Scheduled to appear are Shaquille O’Neal, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson from TNT Sports’ Inside the NBA, as well as Bobby Flay, Drew Scott, Roy Wood Jr., Kristin Cavallari, and others.
Musical performances by Andy Grammer and The Temptations will also be included.
The special program will air live on CNN as well as on the CNN Max streaming platform.
