Alpha Media Portland has appointed Ross MacLeod as the company’s new Operations Manager. In addition to his new leadership role, MacLeod will take on programming responsibilities as Content Director for KXL-FM (News/Talk) and KXTG-AM (Sports).
MacLeod brings extensive experience to his new position, having previously served as Program Director for iHeartMedia’s BIG 105.9 in Miami. His programming career includes prior stops at 96.5 JACK-FM in Seattle, 93.7 The River in Sacramento, and 105.9 The Brew in Portland, where he spent more than five years with the company.
MacLeod expressed excitement about returning to Portland to work with Alpha Media’s accomplished staff and brands.

Alpha Media Portland operates a multi-format cluster that includes News/Talk, Sports, and Music properties. MacLeod’s arrival is seen as a strategic move to strengthen the company’s programming leadership and elevate content across its platforms.
