The rise of AI continues to be studied, and CNN is dedicating a reporter, Hadas Gold, to the beat to cover it permanently.
In a post on social media, Gold shared that she’ll now be covering the AI beat for CNN. She added her excitement for the move.
“I’m excited to dig into this massive beat – from internal workings of the biggest names in AI, the global race to dominate the industry, to how AI impacts our daily lives and more,” Gold said.
Previously, Gold worked as a media and business reporter for CNN. She also spent time working in the network’s Jerusalem bureau. She joined the network in 2017 after more than 5 years at Politico.
Gold has already started filing stories about A. She recently reported on the development that Larry Summers departed the OpenAI board after he was prominently linked to Jeffrey Epstein in a round of emails released by Congressional Democrats, showing him in frequent contact with the convicted sex trafficker.
