If you work in the media industry and don’t know that Barrett Media is hosting a three-day Audio Summit in New York City this summer, where have you been? For the first-time ever we’re uniting professionals across news media, sports media, and music radio. The show takes place June 30-July 2, 2026 at the SVA Theatre on West 23rd Street. Tickets can be purchased and hotel rooms can be reserved by clicking here. A huge thanks to our presenting sponsor, Point to Point Marketing for helping us make it happen.
23 speakers have been previously announced for the event. On-Air hosts Paul Finebaum, Angela Yee, Sid Rosenberg, Damon Amendolara, and Buck Sexton are involved. So too is Audacy CEO Kelli Turner, and programming executives Jon Zellner, Keith Dakin, Greg Strassell, and Jeff Sottolano. Click the Summit tab up top to see the full list of speakers.
Speaking of speakers, I’m thrilled to add another heavyweight to this year’s show. I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming this gentleman to our news conferences in Nashville and Washington D.C., but this is the first time he will join us in New York City. It’s my pleasure to announce the addition of Clay Travis to the 2026 Barrett Media Audio Summit.
Clay Travis has a strong grasp on the media business. He has lived it as a local and national radio host, podcast host, writer, author, TV personality, and owner. Clay regularly discusses media issues on his nationally syndicated radio show (Clay and Buck), during appearances on Fox News and Fox Sports 1 television, and on his podcast, Outkick The Show with Clay Travis. Whether you agree or disagree with him, he knows the business, captures your attention, and makes you think. That’s been reinforced during prior conversations at our Summit.
Since stepping into the timeslot previously occupied by Rush Limbaugh, Travis and Buck Sexton have grown the show to over 550 radio affiliates. They’ve become one of news/talk radio’s most formidable duos despite working together for less than five years. Travis has quickly made his mark nationally in the news/talk format after doing the same in sports while hosting mornings for Fox Sports Radio.
The Nashville native previously wrote for CBSSports.com and served as an editor for Deadspin. He also co-hosted the top-rated 3HL on 104.5 The Zone in Nashville for five years. A graduate of George Washington University and Vanderbilt Law School, Travis is married with three children, and lives in Nashville, Tennessee.
Clay Travis will join us at the SVA Theatre on Tuesday June 30th alongside his on-air partner Buck Sexton. This is the first time the two men will share the stage together at our show. News/Talk executives, program directors, talent and advertisers are encouraged to be in the room for what should be a smart, honest, and compelling conversation. We hope to see you there!
