Drew Brees Joins SiriusXM Let’s Go Program For 2026 NFL Season

"I’m excited to join Jim Gray and our great list of guests on ‘Let’s Go’ as we break down the biggest moments in the NFL every week, giving fans tons of insight and entertainment."

Date:

Drew Brees is heading to SiriusXM. The newly inducted Hall of Famer joins Let’s Go! starting September 7 as Maxx Crosby departs the program after two seasons.

What We Know: Brees, the Super Bowl XLIV MVP and 13-time Pro Bowler, is joining the cast of Let’s Go! on SiriusXM NFL Radio. He’ll appear alongside host Matthew Stafford, plus Peter King and Jim Gray. The new season debuts Monday, September 7 at 6 pm ET, previewing Stafford’s Rams-49ers matchup in Melbourne. Episodes drop weekly and later hit major podcast platforms, with bonus content reserved for the SiriusXM app.

What They Said: Drew Brees: “I’m excited to join Jim Gray and our great list of guests on ‘Let’s Go’ as we break down the biggest moments in the NFL every week, giving fans tons of insight and entertainment.”

What Remains Unclear: The release doesn’t specify any reason for Crosby’s departure from the program. Length of Brees’ agreement to join Let’s Go! is also unknown.

What It Means: Brees adds serious star power to an already stacked NFL Radio lineup. His Hall of Fame resume and Super Bowl pedigree give Let’s Go! even more credibility beyond Stafford’s active-player perspective. For SiriusXM, meanwhile, the move signals continued investment in premium NFL content ahead of a season opener featuring reigning MVPs. Other additions include New York Giants defensive tackle Shelby Harris, New York Jets linebacker Demario Davis, and free agent wide receiver Brandin Cooks. Moreover, they will serve as rotating hosts alongside Carolina Panthers long snapper J.J. Jansen on the weekly show, The Players’ Point. LA Chargers fullback Alec Ingold also returns as a co-host. In addition, Adam Thielen, who retired earlier this year after a 13-year NFL career, has signed on as a SiriusXM host and will be heard Tuesdays from 10am-noon ET on Airing It Out on SiriusXM NFL Radio alongside Bob Papa.
