A shake up is coming for XTRA 1360. The San Diego station is making some moves in both AM and PM drive.
First, Steve Hartman and Rich Ohrnberger will be on the move. The duo, which has been heard in afternoon drive for the last 3 years, is moving to mornings. Ben Fletcher will remain in the time slot as the show’s executive producer.
That creates an opening in the afternoons. The new show Jon & Jim debuts Monday at 3 pm. Jon Schaefer has been a part of both San Diego State and Padres shows on the station in the past. He will be joined by Jim Russell, who has worked on The Darren Smith Show.
The announcements were made Friday morning.
XTRA 1360 has carried a sports talk format for fifteen years. This is the first on air shakeup for the station since Darren Smith and Marty Caswell joined in 2019.
