With sports betting certain to be surging in the days leading up to Super Bowl LVI, MSG Networks is devoting a special lineup of programming to placing bets.
“Bet-A-Palooza, presented by DraftKings” began this week and will continue through Sunday, Feb. 13, right up until The Big Game. Coverage across the network’s nightly programming will feature talent from each of MSG’s sports betting shows, The Bettor Half*Hour, The Betting Exchange, and Odds With Ends.
(The Bettor Half*Hour and The Betting Exchange normally air at 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. ET, respectively, and will resume that schedule following Super Bowl week.)
Every night this week, MSG Networks talent will host live betting shows looking at game odds, prop bets, and the latest Super Bowl trends. Additionally, the shows will look at recent action in the NBA.
Hosts include Alex Monaco, Katie Mox, Jeff Johnson, and former New York Jets safety Erik Coleman. Other personalities appearing across the special sports betting programming include former New York Giants Mathias Kiwanuka and David Tyree, and betting experts Minty Bets, Alex Glaze, and Sean Little.
The sports betting specials will air on MSG Network at 8:30 p.m. ET on Thursday and 7:30 p.m. ET on Friday.
The “Bet-A-Palooza” lineup will also include sports betting-focused simulcasts of two New York Knicks games on MSG+. (Regular Knicks telecasts will air on MSG Network.) Those alternate broadcasts will be Thursday’s (Feb. 10) matchup with the Golden State Warriors at 10 p.m. ET and Saturday’s (Feb. 12) game versus the Portland Trail Blazers at 5 p.m. ET.
On Saturday, Feb. 12, the night before the big game, Kiwanuka, Tyree, Coleman, and Little will host a Super Bowl pregame show at 8 p.m. ET, breaking down the latest betting storylines and making their top picks.
All of the “Bet-A-Palooza” programming will also be available for streaming on MSG GO and on-demand.
