Danny Freisinger is moving on from 95.7 The Game and ESPN 1320. He has been named the new Director of Sports at Audacy. His role will have him working on content both for the company and its 2400Sports podcast studio.
He will be charged with helping grow the brand with initiatives on the local and national levels. That will mean developing new on-demand content and growing the footprint of what already exists. Freisinger will report to Vice President and Executive Producer of 2400Sports, Lena Glaser, and Audacy’s VP of Sports Matt Volk.
Danny Freisinger is a Bay Area native, that has been around in the local sports radio scene. Prior to joining The Game, he worked for KNBR. He was named brand manager of ESPN 1320 in San Francisco in 2020 and has also helped work on initiatives for BetQL.
