At the beginning of this month, Rip City Radio 620 found itself in the unenviable position position of having to fill a hole its weekday lineup. On Thursday, that hole is no longer there.
The station announced that their afternoon show, Rip City Drive, now had two full-time members again. And it’s a reunion to boot.
Dwight Jaynes is the new partner for Chad Doing on the afternoon drive show and the two are reuniting for a program for the first time in over a decade. The two did a show on 95.5 The Game in Portland until 2011.

Jaynes is replacing Doing’s former co-host Travis Demers who stepped away from the show to focus on his family.
Jaynes tweeted that the news was true and posted a photo with his new, old co-host.
