Guaranty Media’s Gordy Rush has won the Radio Wayne Award for Market Manager of the Year.
Rush, the GM of Guaranty Media in Baton Rouge, heads four radio stations: 104.5 ESPN Baton Rouge, Eagle 98.1 – The Rock Station, 100.7 The Tiger – Louisiana’s Country Station, and Talk 107.3. His radio career spans more than three decades, including 25 with Guaranty Media which is the only locally owned and operated broadcast group in Baton Rouge.

The Radio Wayne Awards are named for Wayne Cornils, a champion and pioneer for all parts of radio from programming, to sales to engineering.
