Audacy and Beasley Media Group have agreed to a station swap in Las Vegas.
Beasley will give News/Talk 720 KDWN to Audacy in exchange for Alt 107.5. According to the latest Nielsen ratings, Alt 107.5 is tied for 20th with a 1.9 share in the 12+ demographic. Meanwhile, KDWN is 18th with a 2.2 rating, making it the highest rated talk station in the market.
Audacy already owns a news/talk station in the market with 840 KXNT. It also operates 1140 The Bet, Mix 94.1, 98.5 KLUC, and Q100.5. Beasley owns 96.3 KKLZ, 104.7 VGS, Jammin 105.7, and 107.9 Coyote Country.

According to Beasley Media Group, the transaction is expected to be completed later this year.
