CNN’s Don Lemon is sending his support to “Good Morning America” co-host T.J. Holmes after the fallout from his highly publicized alleged affair with colleague Amy Robach.
“I’ll say this, I know T.J., I worked with T.J. at CNN, so I have nothing but love for him and I hope that he’s OK,” Lemon told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday.
“I don’t know about their situation; I’m not privy enough, but I just like to offer people love and support and I hope that they’re OK and hope that they continue to prosper.”
Last month, Holmes and Robach’s alleged secret relationship became public after photos of the couple — who are both married — were published by the Daily Mail on various occasions across New York.
Despite what has occurred behind the scenes at the show, the two GMA hosts are reportedly still going to be able to keep their positions on ABC’s morning show.
“It’s ultimately about the ratings,” the source said, adding that based on the attention this story is getting, “ratings are going to go through the roof.”
