Oklahoma State head football coach Mike Gundy had a confrontation with a reporter after the Cowboys loss in the Guarantee Rate Bowl Tuesday, after he was asked if he would make changes to his coaching staff.
After starting the season 5-0, Oklahoma State lost six of its last eight games to finish the season 7-6.
Gundy replied by saying “I might have to cut you out. Don’t be an ass. Really? Those are people’s lives, man. That’s people’s families. Okay? Don’t mess with people’s families. Do this the right way.”
Marshall Scott of PistolsFiringBlog.com — an Oklahoma State centric website — apologized for his line of questioning Wednesday, noting he now questions whether it was the time and place for the question.
