Tuesday’s edition of Pro Football Talk Live was reduced to just one hour after the situation surrounding Buffalo Bills defensive back Damar Hamlin.
The show — hosted by Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio and former NFL quarterback Chris Simms — usually airs on Peacock and NBC Sports Audio on SiriusXM from 7:00-9:00 AM. However, Tuesday’s program was shortened to one hour with the entirety of the program focused on the condition of Hamlin.
In a tweet, Florio thanked NBC Sports for “agreeing without any hesitation” that the program should be shortened due to the circumstances.
Hamlin remains in a Cincinnati hospital after collapsing in the first quarter of last night’s Monday Night Football contest between the Bills and Bengals. The club has reported the 24-year-old Hamlin remains in critical condition after going into cardiac arrest.
