FS1 host Nick Wright is on cloud nine.
The Kansas City native is celebrating the Chiefs winning Super Bowl LVII, and Wright mentioned on Tuesday to Dan Patrick that he will be involved in the Chiefs’ championship parade on Wednesday.
Wright, who is friends with Patrick, joked that he was super busy at the moment but definitely needed to make sure he had a chance to come on with Dan to talk about the Chiefs.
“It’s a lot going on here, Dan,” Wright said. “But I made time for you my friend.”
Patrick seemed kind of surprised that Nick Wright would be in the parade. But Nick said it makes sense that he is involved.
“Why would I not be? Me and Paul Rudd I would assume are the two most famous Kansas Citians now that Harry Truman’s no longer with us,” Wright said. “I’m not sure who else is in the discussion.”
Dan mentioned Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet, and Wright said he knew Stonestreet would be involved.
“I did not mean to not mention Eric. I was just talking to Eric the other day,” Wright said. “We’re in the Kansas City elite group chat. Brett Veach is there.”
“That’s all we need,” Nick Wright added. “What more do we need?”
