NJ 101.5 To Hold Town Hall Broadcast About Dwindling Workforce

On Thursday, New Jersey 101.5 FM will hold a town hall event called “Workforce in Peril” to bring attention to the severe shortage of police officers, firefighters, nurses, and educators in the state. 

Eric Scott, a three-time winner of the Edward R. Murrow award, will moderate the discussion and explore the causes of the shortages and potential solutions, focusing on how the COVID-19 pandemic and opioid crisis have contributed to the problem.

Distinguished guests, including Rob Nixon, Ed Donnelly, Debbie White, and Sean Spiller, will be featured on the panel, representing various organizations. New Jersey 101.5 FM has a history of hosting impactful town halls that tackle issues affecting New Jersey residents, such as the pandemic and opioid crisis.
