James O’Keefe Launches New Media Company

James O’Keefe, the founder of Project Veritas, appeared on “The Charlie Kirk Show” Wednesday to introduce his latest venture, the O’Keefe Media Group (OMG). Last month, O’Keefe’s departure from Project Veritas was marred by controversy. The organization’s board of directors stripped him of all decision-making authority after allegations of financial mismanagement and mistreatment of staff emerged.

O’Keefe announced a website to mobilize his followers and expand his reach; he urged people to sign up.

“We have stories that are about to break, but the story today is the existence of this website,” O’Keefe said, adding that his ousting from Project Veritas has “awakened a sleeping giant.”

O’Keefe said the website is designed to equip and train thousands of citizen journalists to engage in undercover reporting using their cameras. According to O’Keefe, he has received thousands of emails from people who want to join the cause and help him with his mission.

He told Kirk that he is determined to continue his journalism and educator work despite accusations from his former company. He added that he plans to host classes and seminars on journalism nationwide “the likes that the world has never seen before.”

According to O’Keefe, the website offers subscription options allowing viewers to sponsor and pay for a camera to conduct their undercover reporting.
