News Talk 98.5 in Lafayette, Louisiana has announced it will add Houston-based The Michael Berry Show to its daily lineup.
The addition of Berry’s show to the daily lineup replaces The Schnitt Show after Todd Schnitt announced he would end his syndicated show on Friday, July 28th.
Berry — an Orange, TX native — shared his excitement with the addition of the Delta Media station to his growing list of affiliates.
“Needless to say, growing up on the Texas-Louisiana border,” Berry said. “It’s a huge thrill to get to visit with the good people of Acadiana daily on our show.”
The show will be heard from 4:00-7:00 PM on the conservative talk station beginning on Monday, July 31st.
“Places like Lafayette are more interesting than anywhere, America, because of the unique eccentricities,” Berry continued. “The culture, the accents, the cuisine, the quirks. Adding these listeners to our audience is sprinkling a spice into our show that we hope to incorporate and celebrate.”
