Josh Dover is leaving Altitude Sports Radio. He took to X (formerly Twitter) on Monday to say that he hosted his final show at the radio station.
“I’ve decided to make a change,” he wrote. Friday was my last day at Altitude Sports Radio. I will be forever grateful for my 7.5 years with KSE. I learned, I grew as a broadcaster and a man, I laughed & cried. Most importantly I met some people I will consider family for the rest of my life.”
Dover had been part of the station since 2016. In 2018, he was added to the station’s daily lineup, joining Scott Hastings and Ryan Harris in middays. Most recently, he was on from 12 – 3 pm with Hastings and Tyler Polumbus.
“Thank you to everyone that had a hand in making my time there as amazing and unbelievable as it was,” he wrote.
It sounds like Dover already knows what is next for him. He did not make any official announcement, but noted that there is a new radio job waiting for him.
“I’ll be back on the airwaves soon. Like real soon. Stay tuned.”
Sources tell Barrett Sports Media that Dover is set to join 104.3 The Fan. The station has been on the lookout for a new host since Derek Wolfe left the afternoon show in July.
