Megyn Kelly: Dasha Burns Embarrassed Herself During ‘Unprofessional’ NBC News Interview

Last week, NBC News correspondent Dasha Burns conducted a long-form interview with 2024 Republican Presidential hopeful Vivek Ramaswamy. The interview eventually turned contentious, and SiriusXM host Megyn Kelly argues Burns appeared like a “whiner” during the interaction.

Kelly praised the candidate for pushing back on Burns’ insinuation he was unaware of the 2015 mass shooting in South Carolina after he admitted he was unaware who Dylan Roof — the perpetrator of the attack — was.

“Good for Vivek for knowing that there’s absolutely no stock to be put into this group, and shoving it back in her face. Her whiny little unprofessional face,” The Megyn Kelly Show host said during a discussion with Jesse Kelly. “Dasha, you embarrassed yourself. I think you got shamed after your John Fetterman interview, because you told the truth about what a mess he was in that particular sit-down, and ever since you’ve been trying to make it up to your leftist base. To prove you’re one of them. Okay? Good luck in your future journalism career.”

Kelly’s comments about Burns’ conduct during an interview with John Fetterman harkens back to an October 2022 interview the NBC News correspondent conducted with the then-Senate candidate. In the interview, Burns revealed the lengths Fetterman — who was recovering from a stroke — had to undergo to be able to answer her questions, which led to remarks from many questioning his fitness for office.

Kelly isn’t the only radio host questioning the interaction. 770 KTTH host Jason Rantz took a similar stance, and questioned why NBC News would even release the interaction.
