The Fan Upstate in Greenville, South Carolina has announced a new afternoon show. WIRE 2 WIRE, starring Greg “Diesel” Abee and Cole Bryson, will air weekdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET beginning March 25. WIRE 2 WIRE replaces Offsides with Marc Ryan, who is moving to 97.1 The Ticket in Detroit.
“‘WIRE 2 WIRE’ allows us to elevate Diesel, who has worked alongside Marc for years, and Cole, who has done a great job with every sports assignment we’ve given him,” said Steve Sinicropi, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Audacy Greenville-Spartanburg in a release. “‘WIRE 2 WIRE’ will be a live, local sports show with knowledgeable, well-known local talent, and I know sports fans will love it.”
