A show that aired its 2,500th episode earlier this year is coming to an end. ‘NASCAR Race Hub’ which launched on the Speed channel in October 2009, will have its final episode on FS1 on Tuesday June 11. According to reports, FOX Sports employees were notified of the change earlier this week.
Many within the racing community were shocked to hear of the show coming to an end, especially considering FOX Sports has an agreement to carry NASCAR through 2031.
The show, co-hosted by Adam Alexander, Shannon Spake, Kaitlyn Vincie and Josh Sims, was FS1’s longest-running daily studio show. The show started out as a 30-minute program before it was expanded to an hour, then it went back to 30-minutes before it returned once again to an hour-long format.
In 2017, the show added a Spanish-language version, jointly simulcast on FOX Deportes.
Seems like online is the only place to get your daily NASCAR fix going forward on NASCAR.com with no more NASCAR America and now NASCAR RaceHub.
