Later this week, the NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament begins at 16 regional sites across the country. More than 100 games will be played and every one of them will be televised across ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network, ACC Network and Longhorn Network. Additionally, all games will stream live on ESPN+.
Regional play will go from May 31-June 3, followed by Super Regionals June 7-10 and then the Men’s College World Series from June 14-24. In total up to 153 games could be played.
ESPN has also said Squeeze Play, a live whip-around show on ESPN+ will be back this year. Matt Schick and Kris Budden will host the around-the-clock coverage which includes weather updates, scores, highlights and more. Chris Burke, the 2001 SEC Player of the Year and Mike Rooney, a former Division I player and head coach, will provide analysis.
ESPN will have play-by-play teams out at all 16 regional sites:
