Megyn Kelly: I Don’t Hate All Women, Just My Critics

Megyn Kelly has never been shy about stating her opinions, no matter the topic. That often makes her the subject of criticism, but she says she has the same hate towards her detractors as they have towards her.

While speaking with Dave Rubin on her SiriusXM show, Kelly noted the recent layoffs at Media Matters warmed her heart due to the negative coverage the outlet had continually featured about her.

She noted that one of the quips often lobbied against her was that she hates women. Megyn Kelly defended herself from those accusations.

“Those leftists are always saying I have ‘internalized misogyny.’ Whenever I criticize a woman, it’s my ‘internalized misogyny’ working,” said Kelly. “I don’t hate all women. Just quite a few in left-wing media. It’s wonderful to see Media Matters for America go down and see their people get fired. I hope they never work in ‘media’ again, not that what they were doing was media.”

Late last month, Media Matters laid off at least 12 staffers as part of cost-cutting measures. Kelly isn’t the only conservative media member to champion the job losses. The Daily Wire’s Michael Knowles shared similar sentiments on his show.
